ABOUT // LEAN VECTORS
Strategy and execution engineering consultancy
Our mission
Lean Vectors is an independent, lean and technical consulting firm based in Europe (Paris). We help finance, IT and transformation departments select, deploy and optimize their critical solutions.
Our approach spans three engineering poles: Performance Vectors (EPM, PPM, TMS), AI Vectors (sovereign LLM architecture) and Digital Vectors (RevOps and automation). We operate from high-growth SMEs to CAC 40 corporations.
Our conviction: a consulting firm's value is not measured in slides, but in rigorous scoping decisions and deployments that hold in production. (By the way, we also make great slides)

Methodology
Each engagement starts with a short audit: mapping existing tools, data and processes. A gap analysis phase follows to identify the deltas between target state and current state.
Scoping defines milestones, deliverables and acceptance criteria. The engagement runs hand in hand with internal teams, with execution rigor measured on every sprint.
