How do you select consultants?
Every expert in the collective was referenced after a real collaboration on a project. No CV database. Matching is based on the engagement context: stakes, technical environment, constraints, team culture. The Lead Architect personally validates every intervention before commitment.
Are the consultants Lean Vectors employees?
No. They are independents or founders of specialized consulting boutiques. That is what guarantees their commitment: they engage by choice, not by assignment. Lean Vectors handles the scoping, governance and quality control.
What happens if the consultant isn't the right fit?
The Lead Architect detects weak signals continuously through milestones, deliverable quality and client feedback. If an adjustment is needed, we make it within the week. No HR process, no delay. The commitment to results takes precedence over organizational comfort.
How much does an engagement cost?
The scoping phase is typically fixed-fee (2 to 6 weeks). Execution is managed time-and-materials. The daily rate includes scoping, governance and quality control provided by the Lead Architect throughout the engagement. You pay for a complete apparatus, not an isolated CV.
Can you mobilize a complete team?
Yes. Pods are our preferred mode of intervention: 2 to 5 senior experts coordinated by a Lead Architect, mobilized with precision on a defined scope. We have delivered transformation programs with squads of 8+ consultants.
