  • 12+ years of hands-on experience (not just advisory)
  • Verifiable technical expertise (EPM, PPM, TMS, AI, ERP, RevOps, Automation)
  • Ability to deliver autonomously within a governance framework
  • Independent, boutique founder or expert in transition
  • Verifiable client references on similar engagements
  • Appetite for rigor and delivery integrity

What we don't look for

  • Generalist profiles without a technical specialty
  • Consultants chasing volume over quality
  • Middlemen or sales-only profiles
  • Junior profiles (< 10 years of experience)
  • Experts with no appetite for teamwork

30 minutes with a Lead Architect. Not an HR interview. A peer-to-peer conversation about your missions, domains and approach. We validate complementarity with the collective.

Test mission

First pre-framed mission. The field validates what the exchange identified. You test the Lean Vectors model, we test your delivery. Mutual commitment.

Integration

You enter the active roster. Solicited for missions matching your expertise. Continuous evaluation after every engagement.
